Board

The Board of Directors is composed of the following:

PRESIDENT
Chief Executive Officer of the Club, Presides at Board of Directors, Breakfast and Dinner meetings. Works with Chairpersons of the various committees

VICE PRESIDENTS
Presents committee chairs reports at the Board of Directors meetings and prepares to become Lions Club President

SECRETARY
Liaison officer between the Club and District 32-D; submit regular reports to the District and International offices; maintain general records of minutes of Club meetings and Board of Directors meetings; maintain current membership census and prepare new member packets. Computer skills are a must.

Treasure (Computer skills a must)
Responsible for all monies collected or paid out by the Club; maintain general financial books and records; prepare and submit monthly reports to the Board of Directors; issue quarterly statements to each member for dues, collect quarterly dues, prepare and submit required tax returns

DIRECTOR
Responsible for the execution, through the Club officers, of policies approved by the Club. Serve at the direction of the President, as needed, and have responsibility for meeting the Constitution By-Laws requirements. Some directors also have specific responsibilities on the board, such as: membership and publicity.
